We offer free shipping on all orders over US$50.

For all orders under US$50, a flat rate postage amount of US$5 will apply for Australia and US$10 for Rest of World orders.

All orders are shipped from our Head Office warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

  • All orders within Australia are shipped with Express Australia Post, estimated to be delivered within 2-5 business days for metro and 5-7 business days for rural locations.

  • All orders to New Zealand are shipped with DHL Postal Standard and then transferred over to Aramex.
  • All orders to North America, United Kingdom and Rest of World are shipped with DHL Postal Standard.

*Please note some countries can exceed their estimated delivery times dependent on location, carrier and public holidays. Estimated delivery times also do not include customs clearance or instances where a shipment is held for payment of duties/taxes.

Where an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.

Customs and import duties

Items for delivery to countries outside of Australia may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. For any parcel shipped outside of Australia, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.

General Shipping enquiries

Will I have to sign for my order?

A signature is required for all deliveries. To assist with fast delivery, we recommend that you use a delivery address where a signature can be obtained.

If you are not present at the nominated address to accept delivery, a calling card will be left in your letterbox indicating the collection point from which you can collect your parcel (you will need to present photo ID and the tracking information to collect your parcel).

Has my order been shipped yet?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from AIRE confirming that your order is on its way & provide you with the tracking information.

How can I track my order?

All orders are tracked by the delivery carrier. When your order has left the AIRE Distribution Centre you will receive an email advising carrier tracking information.

What happens if something arrives damaged or defective?

Please visit our Contact Us page within 7 days to report the issue. Following inspection the item, AIRE will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.

Can I change my delivery address?

Providing your parcel hasn't already left the warehouse, we can most certainly change the delivery address for you. Please visit our Contact Us page to notify of the change as soon as possible.

Haven't received your order?

If you have received your dispatch email and still have not received your order, please use your tracking number to track your order.

If you haven't received a dispatch email, please visit our Contact page with your order number (eg. #AU1234) and we can investigate this for you. It could just be a case of an incorrect contact email or our emails being marked as junk.
